I took advantage of a promotion at the National Home Show in 2017 to buy a single mattress. I appreciated the comfort and thoughtful design so much that I praised it.
Subsequently, 3 other purchases.
1. My son bought a king bed. He had paid extra for a firmer bed. After a few nights, he and his girlfriend found that the bed was firmer than the one they tried at the showroom. Without any problem, the supplier replaced the bed with the normal firmness model and refunded the extra amount paid. My son swears his bed is the most comfortable!
2. My daughter bought a Queen bed. She no longer wants to get out of bed in the morning, she sleeps so well. She appreciates the firmer reinforced sides which allow her to sleep up to the edge of the bed, without feeling like she is falling.
3. A friend of my daughter also bought a Queen.
