I bought a car at Ford Montmorency in November 2023. The first night we were there, the staff was friendly and took their time with us. We bought the car. We live a couple hours away, so we went back another time and picked up the vehcile. The day we picked it up, it was an awful experience. We had an appointment and had to wait a while to be seen. The girl working in fiance's that day (it was Cassandra the night before and she was SO nice. It was a different girl this time), was very rude, pushy, bi***y to us. If we would have had her service the first night when we went looking for a new vehicle, we would have walked away without getting one there.This girl was very unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. Never introduced herself to us. She never welcomed us and was just rude. She talked to others about us with rude comments in french which she probably thought we didn't understand her because we were English, but yes we are from Quebec and could understand what she was saying.I had a follow up phone call asking how things were. They said they would speak to the management team and I never heard back (they lied).They also never gave me the keypad code to enter into my vehicle. I asked them for it and they never returned to me with it. So I own a car that I cannot even use 100% like I own it because I don't have the code. Would be nice to have the key code number when juggling 3 kids, one being a newborn.That being said, I will never return back to Ford Montmorency for another vehicle.

Bonjour j ai acheté mon véhicule chez vous en 2013Fiesta 5 porte 2014 du a un changement de batterie mon système de demrage a distance ne fonctionne plus , ils sont incapables de remettre en marche il me disent qu' il y a une ou plusieurs clé de caché ils veulent savoir où , j ai été A Maccabe Ford a Labelle ou j abite maintenant. If you are looking for BAD faith, you are in the RIGHT place!I was directed to this garage by my insurance company following an impact on a rear wheel.When I recovered the vehicle the ESC stability light (which appeared following the impact) was still on. Worse, the alignment has not been corrected. The vehicle was pulling to the left.When I called them, according to the lady "in charge", the alignment is for the front tires only. As the impact was at the rear, it didn't concern them!!! Unspeakably ridiculous! She even claimed that this alignment problemexisted long before the shock! When we talk about bad faith.I have since taken the vehicle to another garage. They found that several damages had not been repaired. Everything is settled today.So some advice. Run away from this garage!

Excellent service with Anis! He is professional, honest and courteous. I recommend this dealership without hesitation, the vehicles are inside. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from this dealership.

I had a bad customer service experince today at Ford in Brossard. I booked an appointment through the app, i arrived a bit earlier, they welcomed me, and drove me back home as i left teh car there for inspection and possible repair. They called me before noon explaning the situation and the cost (i hesitated doing the work as price was expensive), i told them that i will call back in 10 minutes as i recicved an import call for work. i called before noon and i left a voice message, and called three times after, and informed the reception that it is not acceptable not respeding to my calls and voice messages as i need the car back to pick up my son from school. I had to go myself to pick up the car, i explained to the person (his name starts with S), he claimed that i told him i will come at noon. Which is obviosuly not true, and then said he said we are busy. When i went to pick the car there was only one client beside me. I suggest a good customer service traning to this indeivisual. I wont go back myself.

I got 3 different problems and 3 different appointments in 3 different days , also I told them all problems in first day, second was rear noise witch came from right rear of vehicle , third was pre-collision camera fault so my cruise control was not workingI had a nail in right rear tire , they fixed only the tire’s nail in 6 hoursThe day after car shows electric power train fault and reduced the speedFor Second appointment they check and found rear right noise was for electric power train and they ordered for the part and they told me cruise fixed too but cruise still was not workingThird appointment they said the part for electric power train is about $6000 and ford May not pay for it and canceled the back order for that part and manager (Martin) said go to ford châteaugay where you bought the car to fix this but we will fix cruiseAnd after 1 day and half they gave the car after installing 3 parts as they said and road test but I still have the same problemSo , they only fixed my tire nail and nothing else in 3 different appointments and today I left the car at ford chateugay to fix

Your experience probably depends a lot on the agent you get, but one thing is for sure: if they make a mistake, they will not even TRY to fix it and you would be the one in loss. They made a huge mistake on my contract and just said that I’ll have to pay $200 more per month if I want the car. Their only solution was to call ford and see if they would make an exception even though it was the dealership who made the mistake and had to fix it. The manager didn’t even come over to apologize and they didn’t even try to somehow compensate me for their mistake after making me wait for 15 months!Worst customer service I’ve ever seen even though they try to make it “look” nice.I definitely suggest not dealing with this dealership especially if you’re looking to put an order for a car that’s not already available.

F-150 started to leaking fluid at the rear axel on our trip from Michigan to Newfoundland. Pulled into Montmorency Ford at 7am hoping they could get us on our way quickly. They promised to look at it right away, then kept us informed throughout the process, asking for our input. Turned out to be a major problem that required a whole new back axel. They were tremendous in doing all they could, even driving to pickup the part so they could get it installed before they closed for the weekend. They dropped us off at a nearby hotel for the night, then got us back on the road by mid-day the next day. Every person we dealt with was so nice and were able to deal with our inability to speak French. Hopefully we never need to visit again, but I highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Montreal area.
