Came to the bank to open different accounts, both the banking advisor and the front desk workers were rude and unprofessional. The front desk also did not have full knowledge of the different offers they have for professionals. Ended up closing my accounts because of this subpar customer service.

Depuis 3 jours je laisse des messages sur la boîte vocale pour me contacter, pourtant sur la messagerie est mentionné que les retours d'appels se font avant la fin de la matinée ou avant la fin de l'après-midi. Pour le service téléphonique central de la BN j'ai attendu juste 30 minutes pour que quelqu'un me répond et cette succursale n'est pas capable de me contacter en 3 jours (à date).

Service lent, très lent, planifiez vous une bonne demi-heure à attendre en ligne, et malgré une longue file, on ferme un guichet pour la pause. Pourquoi ne pas augmenter le nombre de commis au guichet si c’est le désir le la clientèle, au lieu de venir nous demander devant tous quelle transaction on veut faire! Notre vie privée est pas très privée avec ce système.
