Clean, bright, tidy, hassle-free fitting room, the employees are impeccable and let you shop without bothering you. Prices are similar to those offered elsewhere for this quality of clothing.
(2024) I really don't come to this branch very often, but I find what I enjoy every time I visit. The love bond I have with Old Navy, their charter of greatness matches my stature, year after year.

This was my first time coming to this store. I was willing to spend over 100$ at this store but the second I got a rude service from one of the older workers there, I dropped everything. Having worked in retail for years, I understand some days are hard but when someone asks a simple favour, the least you can do is pretend to be nice and not react with such attitude.
Won’t be shopping there again.

I bought a set of jeans on special and was waiting to trade in my size while calling once a month to try to get my proper size. After a few months I lost patience and decided to return the jeans. To my surprise the branch manager was unwilling to help me and asked me to leave with jeans that do not fit me saying that I waited too long. It's funny since it's her own employees who told me I had plenty of time and I had been calling every now and then to try to get my hands on the proper size. I expect a lot better service put my Big Brand like this... hopefully you guys will get a branch manager that understands customer service
