I had a great experience here when I had a hardware problem-Michael was very helpful and the total repair cost came in under the estimate. I also went back shortly after with another question with my laptop and my issue was solved within an hour. Highly recommend

Had the pleasure of buying a computer for my dad around a month ago. My dad loves his computer and the price paid. Nice and helpful, the gentleman also gave me multiple suggestions on how to keep my older Mac computers useful and useable.

My laptop had stopped working all of a sudden, where my screen would not turn on no matter what, and I had a project to submit the next day. I made the phone call, and they tried to help me by telling me some controls to do, but ultimately I went to the shop the next day as soon as it opened, and a few hours later I was able to get it back and working! Their service is superb, and they're very flexible.
