The seller told me that he was installing Windows (not activated) on my PC when I arrived at the store the technician confirmed that he had Windows installed. As a surprise, no windows. In addition, the seller forgot to sell me the wire for the current for my PC. Plus the store manager looks so terrible. The 2 stars I give are only because my PC runs well. $3800 gaming PC.

When purchasing a part, at checkout, they tell me that I have a 2-week guarantee if anything happens.When I unpack the piece, there is a breakage, but I'm not too worried since I'm going to go back the next day and do an exchange.When I arrive at the store, I am told that there is nothing they can do and that it was up to me to check that you were ok in the store.No matter how hard I tried to explain that I had been told that I had a two-week guarantee, nothing could be done, according to them, it was 100% my fault. No refunds or alternatives.Wow.
