The store manager is the worst. Don't expect any service from her if you're on a budget because she won't serve you or will look down on you. WORST if you need to make a return. Don't waste your time and go to the st-bruno store.

We went to Pandora at Dix30 today and were served by Daniela M. She was incredibly helpful and we ended up buying more than originally anticipated.With a sunny disposition and a positive attitude, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be served with care, kindness, product knowledge, and a keen sense of customer appreciation.If you're not exactly certain what you're looking for, or have questions, please ask for Daniela. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare.

Wouldn’t come here again. The employees are rude and don’t have any respect for their clients. I came to buy myself a ring and I wanted to try something on in gold and she said we don’t have anything in gold when clearly I could see gold rings in their window displays!! They are so lazy and disrepectful af. I prefer going somewhere where at least they’ll treat me like a human being and not trash just cause they have miserables lives lol

It is sad i love Pandora but this shop has really bad customer service.I went in to check items i was eyeing online and the moment i said I will buy the items online and pick it up later, the clerk started packing what she was showing and answering my question with short answers like no we don't have similar items when i asked her to show me options. When i settled on what i will be buying I told her i m buying them right now in the store on my phone you don't have to put them aside she answered it will be packed on a different shift and she started being very unwelcoming, i don't know if they get bonus for sales but I really didn't appreciate the treatment.

Had to return a gift I purchased, I was serviced by the store manager. I get my receipts emailed to me, so I showed her the receipt and provided the item, she inspected the item and accepted it, she asked if I wanted to get something else so I purchased another charm. I told her that I would purchase the item with a gift card and she can process the refund for the item I was returning to my credit card. So when it was time to do the transaction for the return item, she asked me for some paper that they printed and gave me (which I never received). She needed an authorization code off the printed receipt. I advised her again, I only received the emailed receipt and nothing else. She then started to get more aggressive ( she was probably upset because I was returning something, so she wasn’t happy from the beginning of the interaction) and said they always gave 2 papers (1 for the store & 1 for the client). I told her I didn’t receive anything when I purchased the item but since her store has a copy, she can retrieve it. She instantly said “ I don’t have time to go through the receipts” then I saw there was an authorization code on the receipt I have, she said no, it’s another authorization code on the the supposedly printed receipt, I asked her to show me an example and she said she doesn’t have any receipts at the store to show me..this is when I started getting upset because I’m being told I can’t get my refund and I can only get a store credit. She said it’s pandora policy and if I have a problem, to call customer service.She was basically saying I am a liar and I received the printed paper and she doesn’t have time to help me or show me what she needed.I rather just order my charms on the website than going back to that store.

I was just there, normally I never do this kind of reviews but today I got really upset and a bit frustrated, went to pandora dix30 was received by the « manager » and in a super bad mood, I was trying to make a return of a bracelet because i didn’t end up liking the quality of it… the day I bought it the girl was super nice but at the first instant she forgot a piece of the bracelet I was buying and I had to remember her to give it to me … and end up not giving my purchase receipt, she told me everything was sent by email… anyways it sounds normal to me … but when today I tried to return it, I needed a paper Ive never received and the « manager » didn’t put any effort to try to help me. I explained my case she actually in her words called me a liar… when there’s no need to lie… I didn’t like it how she made me feel and at this point I question how she treats the others employees under her… if her treatment with me was already abusing and insulting and bring treated like that as a client. I don’t recommend at all you go there maybe buy online if you really like pandora… less problems for you believe me

I love buying Pandora as gifts but at this moment, this store is failing me. I have tried to call them for 2 days and the phone doesn't even ring. I have spoke is customer service of Dix30 and they were also unable to call them. I then found out that the store hours on Google and on the Dix30 website are wrong, they do not close at 9pm today but in fact close at 6pm. It's very frustrating to travel an hour in traffic to find out the store is closed. This information is essential and should be kept up to date.

This pandora is the worst!!! Management is extremely terrible. They treat their staff very badly. They proceed to not pay their employees 4% when given a 2 weeks notice of termination. Normes du travail needs to get involved in this establishment.

Went to buy a gift for my mother accompanied by my friend to receive advice. An employee, who seemed to be the store manager, rudely told my friend to leave because she wasn't buying anything while I was literally in the middle of a purchase. We waited 15 minutes in the freezing cold to get in. I understand that covid has created max capacities, but maybe be a little kinder when explaining this to your customers or advising the customers before making them wait in the cold to find out they won't even be allowed in the store if they won't buy anything.
