Give them one star , because there is no zero ! Went there with the prescription for the colonoscopy and the pharmacist on the desk told me to comeback in one hour because they are very busy! Comeback in a hour he told me to comeback in the afternoon because isn’t ready yet. Very rude and unscrupulous !Please if you have choice go to other pharmacy!

This pharmacy has a terrible costumer service I don’t know if it’s a language barrier but there one pharmacist that it’s very professional and give and exceptional costumer service his name it’s Ryan this person is the one keeping this pharmacy working properly only when he is on duty 5 stars for him 3 to the pharmacy

I arrived 7.55 pm to buy something urgent one of employees closed the door when I said to him why it is not 8 pm he replied that is owner instructions to close 5 minutes early .

I have been here at least 3 times for vaccinations. The nurses are always kind and make the process easy and stress free. I will be back for my next flu vaccine!

Went to get a passport photo clicked for me infant. The experience was horrible… no interest in getting the job done right, no customer service whatsoever just took the photograph for the heck of it and print it without showing it to us or checking if it was good. Not even a half smile on the employee face. Never going there again for a photograph.

Made me wait 45 mins for a 15 seconds explanation on my medication. During that time, the pharmacist took people in for private consultation that were not waiting.

Worst Pharmaprix ever. Closed at 8pm but yet the lock the door in your face at 7:55pm I urgently need medication no manager or anyone to be found. They turned away myself and another lady. What a way to lose business. I’ll be calling in a formal complaint.

Even if there’s a waiting time and you are sick its less worst then wait at the hospital.. they try their best to serves everyone with the proper advices.. in person and on calls … snacks lots of option and costmetic we find what we needYou all should be respectful for the job they do … its not like mcdonal you get your food in few min … you are talking about your life ? also be considerate about the lack of staff it’s everywhere. This pharmacy give their max to what they can give and i appreciates the good feed back they give you on meds and costmeticPs… if you dont like their pharmacy service you can always call 811 or go to hospital
