Lots of choices from several brands. Staff attentive and knowledgeable about their product. If your size or color is not available, order it. It barely takes 2 days. You can return if you don't like it. The service is impeccable and above all I love my new boots.

Completely incompetent manager, has absolutely no respect for employees. REVOLTING to see that a store could have such a person managing it. If I could file a complaint with the corporation I would.

My dad was in the store last Sunday September 3rd. He received excellent service from the young lady who served him. However, the manager at the cash was so mean and harsh with him that he left the pair of shoes on the counter and left. This person was also not very nice with the employee who was trying to accomodate my dad. This is not a way to treat customers, not employees. None of my family will be back that is for sure.

I went to Rubino's Friday evening June 9 and my service was impeccable! The seller who served me was very considerate, kind and attentive. He immediately directed me to what I was looking for and helped me find my pair of shoes that I love! The service was very good!

I went to the store yesterday afternoon, very beautiful, very clean and as soon as I entered a salesman came, I told him that I would take the time to look around and would let him know if necessary, a minute later a 2nd salesman also came, I told him the same thing as the first, mentioning to him that his colleague had already come to see me... well believe it or not a few seconds later he came back and told me says he will help me make a choice! I felt harassed, unable to shop in peace, even after having pointed it out kindly as if I didn't have enough judgment to choose a shoe myself or ask for help if necessary! I left immediately! I hope you will advise your salespeople to leave customers alone so they can shop in peace, you will lose sales and customers!

The manager or person in charge in this store has serious attutide problem. Very rude and unprofessional. He completely ignored me each time when I asked a question and told the other employees not to serve me. I’m convinced that he is racist. I bought many pairs of shoes at Rubino place portobello and they were always helpful. This is the worst experience I ever had with Rubino. I will not come back to this store! If I can give 0 stars, I would. Avoid!

Big shout out to the guys and gals work there in the store. Very responsible, caring and customer focused. Had two pairs of kids Skechers sneakers worn out prematurely (holes on the shoe sole within 1.5 months (very disappointed with Skechers), and the warehouse/headquarter refused the claim. Store staff spared no efforts to make it right, and exchanged th worn pairs with brand new pairs. For sure will go back to the store for future purchases (most probably not Skechers brand which used to make decent shoes and stayed behind their brand). Thanks guys.

Awful store. If you order something they don’t have in stock they will ask if you want to pay in advance and tell you it will be there in a couple of days guaranteed... when actually it takes over a week. They will then refuse to give your money back even though the event for which you bought the shoes (Which you told them about upon paying for the shoes IN ADVANCE of having them) has already passed.
