I purchased a pair of Rudsak boots on October 11, 2017, for CAD 511.64, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer of Rudsak and having used these boots only lightly and carefully, I recently discovered that the soles have cracked, causing water to seep through.
While the boots are still in excellent condition overall, the sole issue is unacceptable for a product at this price point. I expected much more durability from Rudsak, especially given their reputation for high-quality products.
I understand that the purchase may be beyond the standard warranty period, but I believe that a defect like this should not occur under normal usage. I have attached photos showing the boots' good condition and a bank statement as proof of purchase, as I no longer have the original receipt.
If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate my concerns to the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC).
I hope Rudsak takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality issues with their products.

Excellent store. The choices are varied and very elegant. Everyone can find the right shoe for them. And what about the magnificent staff who take care of their customers. Small preference for the young yasmine who literally held my coats in her hands so that I wouldn't be “tired”… I will definitely come back and spend a good part of my pay here???

I love Rudsak products! They made very nice and classic design. Being a Montreal-based brand, I take great pleasure in supporting local businesses, especially when the staff are so warm and welcoming like Kate. I look forward to continuing to visit and adding their timeless pieces to my wardrobe.

My husband and I are loyal customers of Rudsak, yet when we faced some issues with one of our jackets some customer service representatives were not helpful and a manager at one of the St Catherine stores was even rude with my husband making fun of him in french, assuming he did not speak French when he did. Nonetheless, Kate and Shirine at the Dix30 branch were extremely helpful, kind and quick to help us find a beneficial solution. We ended up buying a new coat and we left very happy with their service. Kate and Shirine are amazing and should be greatly rewarded among all Rudsak personel. Thank you ladies, because of you, we will continue to shop at Rudask!

When my family entered the store, the employees didn't say hello or make eye contact. It's not a greeting that has to be given unconditionally, but it was unpleasant. We touched and looked at the clothes, and as soon as we passed by, the staff checked them. Should I not touch it? We were just looking at clothes. and the staff didn't say anything and we checked it ourselves and left without any help. I don't think I'll ever go again.

I liked the clothes here, so I visited here with my daughters, but the store staff discriminated against us by not even looking at us or saying hello. I was so upset after seeing them check the clothes we had touched after passing by that I liked them so I left the store. I want to protest strongly. And I do not encourage stores that discriminate.
