I recently visited this store and was disappointed with the customer service. When I asked about a specific item, the associate offered no assistance beyond a curt "no." There was no effort to check inventory, look in the back, or suggest another store. The overall attitude was unengaged and unhelpful, making me feel undervalued as a customer. I won’t be returning and hope management improves their service standards.

I went there yesterday, no hello or any service even though I was the only customer. I was completely ignored. I'm going back today and telling myself that I would give it a second chance... Same thing again!?! This store doesn't need to sell, in addition to ignoring you, people look down on you. I finally left everything on the counter and went elsewhere to buy. I will never return to this store again.
