Terrible. The bank agent did not even show up for the appointment made online. Afterwards, for a while I left and I wasted my time. Really unprofessional.

Literally 3 employees, including a manager spent half an hour unable to figure out how to print off an investment tax slip. Ultimately this baffling experience concluded with them sending me on my way unable to figure out how to print off a standard form.
Take your business elsewhere, this is utter incompetence!

This bank does not inspire confidence... Truly INCOMPETENT advisor. In addition to not knowing her products, she invents untrue conditions! I had to ask him to read what was written on the bank's website. I then called Scotia to confirm the claims she was making and discovered they were false.!!!
It's a shame because the staff working at the checkout counter are friendly.

Quelle incompétence 4 personne pour régler un problème de 12$ qu'on me devais sur une carte de crédit que j'ai annuler plus les 3 fois que j'ai appelé par téléphone. Donc pour 12$ j'ai passer 2 heures au téléphone il on pas régler il mon fait aller a une succursale et encore 30 minutes pour 12$ deux caissière une assistante gérante plus une gérante

When the schedule says your open till 4. You should be open until 4. When I go to your ATM to make a withdrawal because you're closed at 3:45, you should have FUNDS available to withdraw. I've had it with this location. Closing my Scotiabank account in general. Trash company.

They close half an hour early, when they already have impossible hours for working people! I quit work early to be there at 3h40, and they are already gone and closed. horrible service for small business.

VERY poor customer service. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone, you get hung up on 1 time out of 2, staff skills are very uneven, when you show up on site the staff is poorly trained to respond to requests. I have had my mortgage with this branch for 15 years and the service and consideration for customers has really deteriorated. I am considering not renewing at the end of the mortgage.
