Worst customer service . My boyfriend and I came for the first time and the 1. refuse to serve me in english, she claims she didnt know how to speak it, fine. But then when i speak in french she gives me attitude about how 'her english isn't good' when i asked why i cant be responded to in my mother tongue. And then when my shake is ready, a good chunk of it is missing. i try and explain that when i have a shake from this establishment its too the top, she goes on saying ' if i was nice and asked she'd redo it, but threw out the rest of the cup which had thee rest.. so all in all Ended up walking out because of the attitude. She completely had a rude energy from jump just from us walking in and if that is how the staff serves or welcomes their clients then I wont be coming to this location. Funny thing is i was in the one in the west island which made me want to convert from popeyes. Definitely wont be doing that. Staff that can't talk with clients or solve problems shouldn't be in the service industry.

Première expérience à Shop Santé! L'employée a été accueillante et elle a répondu à toutes mes questions. Elle était vraiment dévouée et connaissait bien les produits. Elle m a fait goûter aux shakes en M expliquant les bienfaits! Cette employée est un gros WoW!!! Désolée je ne me souviens plus de son nom! Je suis passée dimanche 14 juillet vers 11h30.

Really good service by Batiste!
I was impressed with his knowledge of his products. I have a special condition and he guided me perfectly on what I needed. I was even able to taste before buying. Truly a wonderful service from him!
