Clean place. Good staff. Unfortunately no shoe size available. They always mention being able to order online. What's the point of having a store when they never have the shoe sizes? I tried on about 8 different types of shoes, and none 8.5 or 9.

Was just POUNCED on by an overly regimental (not my first choice of words) employee for daring to not check our two (one small, one medium) paper Vans and Zara bags. I’d actually noticed the sign at the door that showed a knapsack and two different size suitcases I believe, as needing to be checked, but if that’s truly your policy learn some manners and get to know your audience. I honestly do not know what your thief demographics are, but if it truly is a couple of casually well-dressed sixty year olds “pretending” to shop for their grandchildren, like I said, learn some manners. Thank goodness for online shopping.

The lady refuses to allow me to enter the fitting room with my bag. She forces me to give it to her if I want to try on the clothes! Never seen that! You lost several sales because of her, I won't go there again

I had a great experience at the store. The manager and his team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. They provided excellent service throughout my visit. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I visited Sporting Life at Dix30 yesterday with my 2-year-old daughter, and the experience left me quite upset. We had just picked up a package from the UPS store nearby, and I was holding the sealed package (a Gap bag) in one hand while holding my daughter's hand with the other. As we were browsing, my daughter got excited seeing the embroidered bear on a Ralph Lauren lunch bag and pointed it out to me.
Suddenly, a staff member approached us and told me that I needed to take the UPS package to the cashier. I assured her there was no need as we were about to leave. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable. I felt embarrassed and hurt by the implication that I might steal something with a sealed bag in my hand. It completely ruined what should have been a nice shopping experience, and we left immediately after.
I hope that Sporting Life rethinks how they approach customers in the future.

Extremely frustrating experience.
I order a bicycle helmet for over $300. The helmet I received is completely broken, the visor torn off and broken in several places, the carrying bag missing and the helmet all scratched. The helmet box all demolished. Clearly this should never have been posted.
Anyway, I'm returning it, I've been waiting for my refund for 1 month and 3 weeks and I'm struggling with generic answers without getting any results. Still nothing. No phone number to call either. This atrociously mediocre company is a nightmare. The game really isn't worth the effort.

Large spacious Sporting Life store. Surprised at how quiet it was here even though it was on weekend! Has large selection of clothes and sports equipment. staff seems very helpful!

He definitely earned 5 stars in helping me with my Birkenstock’s which I wasn’t satisfied with
. There were no more in the store and he helped me order a pair on line . Thank you

Nice inventory, polite cashier, but employee at the sports shoe systematically speaks English and serves customers little or not in French, not very pleasant

I picked up a pair of Oakley glasses this weekend and had great service from Kevin. He took the time to explain to me, to have me try several models according to my face shape and my tastes and for me to compare different lenses. I am leaving with a purchase that I am completely satisfied with.

Couldn’t be worse? Don’t know why it’s still open. The manger before is good, that’s why she left. Now, it feels like he didn’t get paid. All customers own him something, he is too busy and don’t ask me questions, you have to pay me first.

I went to your store yesterday morning to get some new shoes, it took me 30 minutes before finding a clerk on the floor and even then I felt like I was disturbing him. It seemed like they were avoiding serving me, very bad experience.
