Terrible experience with this company!!! I ordered a winter coat (my first in 10 years) from the Pajar brand worth over $400. A few days later, I received my package with… a spring coat from the Columbia brand! Not even the same color, not the same brand or size, in short, a completely different coat!!! I ended up finding the link to speak with someone... I got a response by email 2 days later... finally after sending all the photos as proof, the company claims to have sent me the right coat!!! Scandalous! It seriously makes me want to cry, as if I had $400 to throw out the window, it's after the holidays, I'm on maternity leave too! Terrible!

Very good store compared to online shopping??? When you buy online and the item you have already paid for is out of stock, you will not refund anything! He simply sends an email warning that we are sorry the item ordered is out of stock with a 10% discount valid for 30 days for just 1 item??? So let's see an item paid $30 they give me no refund??? 10% off??? Anything . I no longer buy anything from this site online. My last order 2 items out of stock no refund. Please update your articles on theWeb. Instead of crossing the world with useless 10% discounts!

I just had a really bad experience in this store. I was trying a Mackage jacket and one of the employees (Johny) made me feel really uncomfortable by following me around and telling me that trying the jacket cost 5$ in other words he judged me by my looks. I don’t think he will be doing this kind of comments to other customers. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

Terrible service. First of all too many employees walking around doing nothing. If you’re going to stare at least say something and offer help…Second of all, was waiting in line ready to pay, when my turn came was completely ignored by FOUR, that’s right, FOUR employees at cash doing god knows what, filling up paperwork and pretending to work all while chatting. So after 2 minutes I put back what I was going to buy and left to go Sport Expert nearby, at least they acknowledged me.

This retailer has terrible customer service, don’t order anything online they don’t provide any protection against lost or stolen products and their shipper just leaves orders on the street on first try without signature. No phone number to call either, all online.

I had a horrible experience on Monday at Sporting Life with one of the employees, her name was Cristina. She was very rude and demeaning to me and I felt like she was working slow on purpose.
