Quality 1/5: Delivered the table with a massive flaw in the wood. Realized only after assembly and turning the table over.
Delivery 1/5: they agreed that they would send a deliver truck to pick up the table and give us the new one. They came. Took the old one. But did not have the new one. The store manager then acknowledged the error and sent another shipment to be delivered. We then waited a few days to get the new table shipped. When they get here. The delivery truck did not have our order again. Twice in a row. Back luck is one thing. Im leaning more towards incompetence.
Customer service 1/5: we have not been offered any sort of compensation for all of this LOL. Just a ton if time wasted trying to get the table that we paid for!
Better off going with any other company.

Poor service from the man (the manager?) and the girl at the cash register. I come to pick up a table to order online, they ask to sign the invoice, but I politely ask to just see the box before signing, to see if everything is correct. They refuse to bring the box, and start shouting at me in an aggressive and defensive manner. He even tells me to go get it myself at the backstore and check it. By still refusing to bring it because I didn't sign. The man finally brings the box. It was a simple task, why treat customers like that? I ask the girl if the man at the checkout is the manager and completely ignores me. How not to treat customers in 2024.

I will never buy from this store again. Receive damaged furniture, and we are asked to repackage this enormous piece of furniture for return. It's not the consumer's fault if they received it broken! Customer service is really bad!

I received a very damaged table. I am dissatisfied with Structube's customer service. I was asked to disassemble the table, package it myself, then wait for a new table to become available for exchange. It is important to emphasize that the table is very heavy and its assembly particularly complex. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this product or this company.

Beautiful place, I like their furniture (originality, when you look around you find decorations, which you don't find everywhere, at the moment they are 60% off, it's very very interesting. You will have good service , very courteous too.

Budget IKEA. The instructions are unclear on the mick cabinet, it’s so sad that they can’t identify the railings when there’s 4 sets of them and the pictures don’t help either! A simple sticker on each bundle, marking the letter corresponding to the instructions is all that’s needed!!! The railing themselves have identification but they don’t match!!!! Only good thing that they got over IKEA is materials, but god damn the instructions need some work, especially for the price that we’re paying. I expect better than IKEA

I would like to write to you to express my deep disappointment following the recent purchase of a sofa in your store.
Two months ago, I acquired a sofa worth $2500. To my surprise, the fabric has significant pilling, which is unacceptable for a product in this range. I wrote a detailed email to after-sales service. When the store staff came back to me, the person I spoke with informed me that this phenomenon was normal and that it was enough to use an anti-pilling machine. My sofa looks 7 or 10 years old. I told him no, good quality fabric does not pill after two months of use.
I find this response unacceptable. For a sofa at this price, I expected impeccable quality, and not to have to deal with a problem like this from the start. This situation is extremely frustrating and leaves me feeling like the purchase is not up to the standards you promise.
I therefore ask you to please take appropriate measures to remedy this situation, either by carrying out a free and efficient repair, or by considering an exchange or refund. It’s the least we can do!

Émilie one of the employees.. not listening, cuts herself off and her first interest is to record a sale in her name and as much amount as possible.. unpleasant to communicate with her because she speaks like a robot when she don't listen to anything and repeat the same thing. Don't want to buy from you

I went to this store to buy a bed and a coffee table. After I had decided what I wanted, it was time to sign the contract. I usually read everything before signing any docs but the guy at the counter told me there was no need as he would explain everything to me. My previous dealings with Structube had always been fantastic. A few years ago I bought many of my current furniture from them. Thinking I was dealing with a reputable company, I made the purchase and signed the documents on that saturday morning. On Monday I called them to cancel the bed and keep the coffee table as the delivery that was scheduled for Wednesday. They told me the truck that was to deliver my items had already been loaded ( two days in advance) and that I would have to refuse delivery when they would try to deliver the items. On top of that they said I would have to pay them 69.99 plus tax for cancelling ( something I was never told initially)
I tried my best to reason with the employees and the manager but she just kept acting very nice but still refused to do anything about the fees. I was surprised that they would risk losing a client over a 69.99 fee but they did. When the delivery guys came on Wednesday I refused the whole order including the coffee table I wanted to keep. Mind you, that was a $ 400 coffee table. Made no sense why they would rather charge their $ 69 fee than sell a $ 400 coffee table.
Now after reading the most recent reviews, I realized that this company is going downhill, trying to shake down its clients for every penny.
If you decide to deal with them, just be very careful

I am very disappointed, I went to ask for a refund, I explained that I had lost my cards and I showed the only one I had that obviously the others were canceled, the person did not give me a response after telling me that she had reimbursed it on the blocked card. Yes, she had refunded me in the other case, I called the bank, I showed my request and everything, which is a structural problem, and she just doesn't communicate, she doesn't respond to emails, I simply lost my money.

The service is really not constant.
One day you can have exceptional service and the next day the service will be non-existent and terrible.
More real customer service would be a good idea such as hello or how can I help you.
