“A very good store except the management does not know how to solve the shortage of carts. I have seen many customers look for a cart at the door, not find one and leave. Can’t you set a designated worker to ensure that the carts are available at the door?”

At the bakery, the young lady (brunette) was extremely cautious with our request and very pleasant! I had never seen her there before - perhaps a new employee.
At the coldcut counter, the young lady was also very nice and diligent. She knew her stuff.
At the cash, Sierra W (I just looked at our invoice) was second to none! What a pleasure to be treated so well! She smiled, spoke to us, did her job SO well.
We shop there because it's close to home but the staff is usually sub-par. They hardly ever speak to us (though they speak to each other constantly). These individuals today, whether new employees or not, are the type of individuals you should have in the store. It completely changes the shopping experience. Kudos to these 3 young ladies who understand the meaning of customer service!”

“This is a really good grocery store that is well stocked. I was there to buy beer and I was pleased with the selection of what they had in the fridge. Staff were super friendly and helpful as we checked out with our purchases and the parking lot and store just generally well laid out which make it a very efficient place to shop.”
