Poor service. First of all, the company does not accept refunds in store if you pay by Paypal. Then, the clerk was chatting with her colleague while she served me (I was the only customer and there were 3 of them). Once home I noticed that she had neglected to remove the tag on my dress so I would have to return to the store before wearing it which is very annoying!

0/5 Very bad service from the manager who stops me while I'm going to get another size, asking me where I'm going and who takes the label out from behind my back, I politely answer her, that I'm going look for another size of another color. She tells me, I'm going to go, when I have the right to pick it up myself. She comes back with the wrong song. That's when I just realized that I just experienced my first act as a rasist person. I go back to the cabin to take my coat and replace the linen that I had tried. I come out telling him that I left all the laundry in the cabin. To finally go back to explain to him that when a customer is still in the store the employer has no right to insinuate that he has a theft that is going to be committed because he still threw no coat on his back in the store. The manager herself replied that she saw that I had my bag so she called me. But what world am I going to fly in has -20 outside no coat on the back with the tags out. Anyway, I had to speak out because no one deserves to be accused of something they didn't do just because of skin color.

Very bad experience with staff and her behavior. Very incompetent staff. Staff was not able to refund the money. Instead of refunding charged me again and said I refunded. Had to go twice to fix the problem. It was very difficult to explain maths of the refund.

Honestly, I love, love this place! It’s probably my favourite store. Their staff is kind, patient and genuine! The clothing is great for the options, the prices and the quality. They often have fantastic sales and deals. The membership card is also a great option for regulars and newcomers!I also need to give a « shoutout » to Hala for her incredible understanding and her styling tips!100% recommend!
