While UPS delivery sucks I give full credit to the UPS Store as they are always polite and efficient.

To avoid the inconvenience of Canada Post with their strike, this was my first experience with UPS. Émilie at the counter explained everything to me as it should be and with a beautiful smile: what more could you ask for :) happy customer :)
