Several times I have delivery problems with UPS, they never have to finish, I prefer FedEx much better

Call UPS, a man named Denis Lavoit cuts you off, doesn't understand anything he says, you ask him to repeat, he replies stupidly, telling you he just listened, I have the volume up to max and we don't expect anything, I ask him to give me someone else, just hang up and call back if you want to talk to someone else!Rapelle explains to the girl what happened, I ask her to speak to either a manager or a superior answers me, no it's me who will do that, I repeat, I would like to speak to a superior, no it's That's not how it works here.

We were supposed to receive our package today mid-pm and no news arrived at 8:25 p.m. We went to check the tracking and no update was made. This company does not seem very reliable judging by all the bad reviews from other Internet users.

Be sure to make sure they scan your shipments before leaving. The guy took our package on Friday evening and never scanned it. Returned the following Monday evening and they seemed to have lost it.

I received a notification on Wednesday, November 29 in the morning that my package was out for delivery and will be delivered before the end of the day. Around 9 p.m. I received a second notification explaining to me that the delivery was postponed until the next day. Same scenario the next day and the day after that. Friday December 1st, I called UPS who assured me that my package would be delivered that same day. In the evening as the package is still not delivered I phone once again who assures me once again that it is being delivered and will be delivered to my home today without fail. The package is not delivered and delivery is now postponed to Monday December 4...

Change the date to 2d and once delivered they change the arrival time every 15 minutes meaning arriving at 5pm based on 6:40pm and they say 11:48pm…

Superb service. I'm always very satisfied with their courteous and respectful staff. This UPS at this location understands how service is done.
