My overall experience was good! The mobile app took a bit longer to process when I picked up the truck because they had to do some kind of verification. I would go in person during opening hours if I need to rent again. The owner/person in charge was nice and accommodating.

Never believe the ads....u will always end up paying much more : for fuel, $/ km and insurance feesTheir truck are excellent though and relatively cheaper than other rental companies
