Great service, friendly staff. Pixel 6P screen was replaced and is working good as new. Very thankful I didn't cancel my Google Preferred Care or else I would have just bought a new phone for a little more than the price of a screen!!

Received a faulty screen the first time , didnt call me when my phone was ready the first time, 2nd screen they replaced it with also has issues , was told none in stock they would call when they had some in, never received call back.

The front desk staff aren't very helpful and they don't seem to know what they are doing. The company should invest in more training.

I went in to get my phone repaired. I told the guy I had a Google Pixel. He said he needs a repair ticket from Google first. I call Google, get a repair ticket and then I go back. Now the guy says he can't help because there's a "bug in the system where they can't find tickets from Google since yesterday" and that I have to go to another Mobile Klinik. A little hard to believe since the guy even though the guy already knew I had a Google Pixel.

They use fear to up their prices lol.. went to RCtechnique on Taschereau and they repaired my phone in 20 minutes and it was way cheaper somehow

Touch on the screen was broken, they replaced the screen and put a screen protector on it for free.Affordable costs and very good service, employees were super friendly and nice.

Official Samsung repair shop won’t replace the plastic protector on my Flip 3 because it’s “backorder”. The clerk said I should contact Samsung directly. Why can’t they take care of this? I just ordered a pack of 4 for 20$ and should get it in a day or two and it comes with the tool to do it yourself so I guess I’ll do that instead.How can an official Samsung repair shop not change a screen protector is beyond me and their answer was sketchy at best. I’m under the impression they just didn’t want to help me and didn’t say why.

My tablet was not charging, took it to them, in less than 3 minutes, he tested it and advised to buy aa new charging wire, bought one went home , my tablet worked like a new one after struggling for a week

Best experience ever.Fixed my phone about a month before then I noticed there was some bleeding on the screen. I called the location and they told me that they would replace it place it free of cost. Especially cause it was a S22 ultra , I would have been out another $530.

Scam.They charged me $289 for an apple watch series 3, 42mm repair when getting a new one would be $240 from Staples. Very disappointed.

We could get an estimate by phone, no appointment needed and very fast repair. Very kind and knowledgeable employees, they use OEM pieces, I definitely recommend this shop!
