I was very disappointed by my experience at the Urban Barn store at DIX30 on December 20, 2024, around 5:15 p.m. My husband went there to return two items on two different invoices and purchase new products. Unfortunately, the seller made an error processing the returns, which caused significant delays.
After returning, she gave him only one receipt and explained that she did not know how to generate another one for the second invoice already returned. When he asked to speak to a manager, she told him she was the manager. Seeing his displeasure, she got angry. She told him that it was the holiday season, that he needed to be patient, and that she was helping him when she wasn't even supposed to. She asked him to leave the store. Worse yet, when I tried to contact her by phone to get her name to file a complaint with your customer service, she hung up without explanation.
As a loyal Urban Barn customer, I expected much better service. This type of behavior is unacceptable and harms the image of your brand.

We bought 2 couches that arrived on time and were as expected. However, one of the couches would not fit into our standard sized doors and hallways so we asked the store for help. We were willing to pay for disassembly and assembly for the couch. The store was responsive but Urban Barn 1) refused to provide us with assembly information so that we can disassemble the couch ourselves and 2) the customer service rep said we will loose our couch warranty if we decide to disassemble the couch to fit it in our building. This is on top of the fact that we also could not return the couch…
