“Jack was incredibly helpful. He spend his time examining my diet and my training goals to help me figure out exactly what I needed without trying to sell me something I did not need. He uses scientific concepts while explaining them at a level I could understand. He also introduced me to new concepts that I had no idea about; I was sure that my nutrition was fine until he had explained how I am lacking in certains aspects that are stagnating my goals. Truly made my day and empowered me to keep pushing at the gym.”
