We had a very bad experience at checkout AGAIN. They had only one cashier when we entered the store, but when we went to check out, there were no cashiers. We were told that we would have to use the self-checkout. So now I have to work for Walmart as a cashier... FOR FREE! Basically, they have passed their cost of proving service onto me. Then, the self checkouts do not accept cash, so we had to get a Walmart employee to help us with the "process" for paying cash. You have to scan your purchases, then print out a list, then go to pay station where someone would scan it to create a bill take your cash, and generate a receipt. The pay station was defective, so we had to go to another pay station which was in use so we had to wait again. Also, it is complicated when trying to scan produce, so we had to wait for an employee to help us with that, but the staff was busy with all of the other customers who were also having problems with the self checkouts, so it took even more time. To make a long story short, it took us 20-25 minutes and a pile of aggravation to scan and pay for a total of 6 items. This is not the first time that we have had to put up with this. I am not a fan of Amazon, but these exasperating experiences, are pushing me to purchase more an more merchandise from Amazon to avoid the hassles, and I will bet that I am not the only one. Hello Amazon, goodbye Walmart!

We were in dire need of salad. You don't understand folks. This girl from California just wanted a huge bowl of greens. Thank goodness for this Walmart because it's not just a Walmart, it's basically a Super Walmart with groceries and the standard Walmart goods. There's a large parking lot and it's pretty busy.We were able to get a salad mix that came with greens, toppings and dressing. It was the best thing I ate. Not best thing EVER but when you're wanting some vegetables, anything is delicious at that point.Now you're wondering why the 3 stars? Well it was so packed. There were so many people there. I guess it's Christmas time so a lot of folks are expected to be around. I just felt really....surrounded. And this doesn't help that we were knee deep in omicron surge. We easily checked out in the self checkout area which is what we tend to do when it's available.Otherwise, it's basically your typical Walmart. I guess Walmarts are the same regardless what country you're in.

They lost my photos, and I wasn't given a refund for their mistake. They made me pay again for the photos they lost. I was extremely disappointed in their service.

I always go there for groceries, so I bought a fisher price swing for my baby in April 2021, there is an active recall going on these swings, I had not opened the box yet so I went to return it to the store, I did not have the bill, they made me wait for 2 hours before they made the return. VERY POOR process to return stuff, I don't think Walmart can compete with Costco or Amazon if they keep on treating their customers like this. Never going there for any shopping!!! Employees are nice but Walmart needs to correct their return process FYI: Costco returns items in milliseconds even without any bill.
