We had a very bad experience at checkout AGAIN. They had only one cashier when we entered the store, but when we went to check out, there were no cashiers. We were told that we would have to use the self-checkout. So now I have to work for Walmart as a cashier... FOR FREE! Basically, they have passed their cost of proving service onto me. Then, the self checkouts do not accept cash, so we had to get a Walmart employee to help us with the "process" for paying cash. You have to scan your purchases, then print out a list, then go to pay station where someone would scan it to create a bill take your cash, and generate a receipt. The pay station was defective, so we had to go to another pay station which was in use so we had to wait again. Also, it is complicated when trying to scan produce, so we had to wait for an employee to help us with that, but the staff was busy with all of the other customers who were also having problems with the self checkouts, so it took even more time. To make a long story short, it took us 20-25 minutes and a pile of aggravation to scan and pay for a total of 6 items. This is not the first time that we have had to put up with this. I am not a fan of Amazon, but these exasperating experiences, are pushing me to purchase more an more merchandise from Amazon to avoid the hassles, and I will bet that I am not the only one. Hello Amazon, goodbye Walmart!

If you are a ENGLISH speaking patron do not visit this Walmart! I was verbally attacked & screamed at for speaking in English as I was showing the department a mistake on a price. We are talking about a difference of less than 1$, nothing to argue about, however when I was screamed at for their stocking mistake (3 employees getting upset with me for their mistake), and told to “là là on va commencer de parler en français!” when I was speaking a fran-glais (Which I was muttering in English out of frustration but 100% speaking majority in French). I was not even asking anyone to speak to me in English simply expressing myself in a calm manor, until I was verbally attacked!Unbelievable lack of customer service. I asked to speak to their manager, I ended up being told I should calm down, after being talked down to and screamed at!Obviously the employees who are representing the Walmart brand are showing that they do not value minorities, while they themselves were visual minorities (myself included), I find it hard to believe they cannot see it that way!Walmart you need to start training your employees on minority language issues, I am always someone to offer help if languages are a barrier, but this wasn’t even the issue at hand! Please treat all people with respect!

Mon épicerie en ligne était trop volumineuse donc aucun livreur voulait faire la livraison???1- créneau horaire non respecté2- réception d'une partie de mon épicerie "où est le reste ???"3- appel fait au service de l'épicerie en ligne pour me faire dire qu'un autre livreur arriverait sous peu avec le reste de ma commande, personne ne m'avait contacter pour m'aviser pourtant ils avaient mon numéro de téléphone4- le deuxième livreur ne parlait pas français5- les salades vertes et le céleri étaient à jeter donc un autre appel pour un remboursement6- un gâteau à l'envers7- une bouteille de savon qui coule dans un sac de plastique8- 28 sacs de papiers et plusieurs contenaient un item seulement et rien pour les aliments surgelés.Je ne recommanderai plus JAMAIS d'épicerie en ligne chez Walmart. Vous avez les moyens de perdre de bons clients.

Si je pouvais ne donner aucune étoile, je le ferais. C'est honnêtement le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu de ma vie. La dame au service à la clientèle avait un air bête pas possible. Je voulais faire un retour sans facture et elle ne pouvait pas le faire sans l'autorisation de la gestionnaire. Elle m'a dit d'attendre que la gestionnaire revienne du département où elle était occupée à faire quelque chose. Finalement, elle appelle la gestionnaire en question quelques minutes plus tard et lui dit : «Oui, une autre pas de facture». La gestionnaire arrive et me dit qu'elle ne reprend pas les retours sans facture. Je lui demande si c'est juste au Walmart du DIX30 que c'est comme ça parce que je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec ça. Elle me dit de m'essayer dans un autre Walmart. Je pars en colère faire mes achats. À la caisse, un produit ne passe pas au bon prix. On me dit d'aller au service à la clientèle pour faire ajuster ça. Je retourne au service à la clientèle où c'est la même madame bête. Je lui dit que l'article n'a pas passé au bon prix. Elle me dit que je dois aller prendre une photo pour le lui prouver. Je n'ai pas le temps, je suis pressée, donc je lui demande de me faire le remboursement. Elle scanne le produit et me dit : «Rentre ta carte s'il te plaît.» J'ai mal compris alors je lui dit : «Pardon?» Elle me répond : «Rentre ta carte!» Je rentre ma carte pour le remboursement. Elle prend le reçu qui imprime, le met sur le comptoir et lance un crayon sur le comptoir en me disant : «Signe ça.» Je fulmine, je lui dis : «Madame! Vous ne travaillez pas dans le bon département.» Et je pars. Je ne retournerai PLUS JAMAIS à ce Walmart de ma vie.

Aucune vraie caissière Dimanche matin. Je ne suis pas payé pour faire la job. Est-ce que j'ai un rabais ? Et non. J'appel ca une grosse lacune de DIRECTION ! Des économies de bout de chandelle pour une multi nationale, come on. Vous faites juste inviter la clientèle à aller ailleurs. On le sait que Walmart s'en fou de sa clientèle, mais bon. Éviter cet endroit. Merci

Everything under one roof!! I need those Walmart days once in a while to refill everything in my kitchen cabinet and cleaning products, as always great prices and vast selection!!!

The existence of this Walmart is a disgrace to North America and degrades a good living experience. First, the blue bag for $0.33 doesn't let you enter it yourself, and standing around staring at you for fear of stealing makes me feel undignified. However, when we checked out, three people came to make sure you had paid for the bag. Secondly, the carts are terrible and there are problems with every cart. Strongly urge Walmart to reform this store.

My elderly mother in law ordered groceries from here and the lady delivery person yelled at her for a tip and refused to bring the groceries inside without one.That behaviour is absolutely disgusting and I hope she will be spoken to. Shame on you.We will also be sending a formal complaint to for this abusive behaviour.

HORRIBLE!01/07/2023: No carriages indoors and we had to go back outside in the parking lot to get one. Not a biggie normally, but very unprofessional.Dirty store with lack of inventory.All cash registers CLOSED on a Saturday! They forced clients to use their automated cashiers with well over 100 people waiting in line… like a bunch of sheep. When my girlfriend went to complain, the employee was surprised but said, “we keep asking the managers for us to open them but we’re told no.”. So we left behind $250+ of groceries and walked out. Unacceptable.

Walmart decided to install self serve cashes instead of having actual cashiers. Well guess what guys my credit card got frauded. Guess where it was from self serve cashes. Don’t use them.

En décrépitude, pas d’employée, les paniers ne sont plus ramassés depuis plusieurs semaine ect…En plus des caisses automatiques qui prenne le double du temps, sans compter la maudite camera braquer sur le visage..tant qu’à ne pas faire confiance au client aussi bien remettre des caisses normal..
