I find it unacceptable that there are only mix fitting rooms.
You should put a family fitting room and the other mix,
Trying on underwear with my 2 children, I find it ordinary in a mixed room.

We wanted to exchange a sweater that still had the tag but was broken at the seam (purchased like that).
The supervisor Lluma told us with a little smile that we had to go back to the store where we bought it and that she couldn't know if it was us who had broken it (the seam was poorly done on the sweater and the label was still there). She was arrogant and had a little satisfied smile throughout our exchange.

There is plenty of choice for everyone, however, the rows are much too narrow to pass through with a basket, which makes the shopping experience chaotic.
The cashiers are very friendly when it's time to buy but when it's time to make a return they suddenly change their attitude.

The service is good, the store is always busy, the waiting line is very very very long but to get to the checkouts it takes 8 to 10 minutes maximum, really good?
