I love the gym specially after the spai would go to the zumba class ( fyi: my favorite 😍)
The 2 teachers are wonderful and know how to make it fun ( Christian & Safaa).
The only issue is the gym is too far from me.. i drive 25 minutes to go there, i wish they would consider having more gym like that near saint bruno and Sainte-Julie.

The gym is awesome. Hight celling, great ventilation and the pool is nice. The free weights space is kinda packed there is some few spots around the squat racks and swish machine where is really tight. Also is kinda messy, user don't place the DB at the right spot always have to look for what you want and the staff doesn't seem to order them on a timely matter. Other then that I like working out there

Mediocre gym, decent machines, lacking VIP training options (World Gym in Montreal has boxing, this one doesn't). What kills it for me is that they are constantly playing the most horrible French rap on the loudspeakers all day long. Will not be renewing because of this alone. My ears cannot take another year of autotuned garbage during my workouts.

Good equipment. They could use a bit more free weights around.
Pool is great, a bonus for free swim or aquafit. Classes available.

Gym itself is nice, good equipment but not worth it at all, its a scam. They only want money and will threaten and lie their way into getting it. I missed 4 months due to illness (flare up in my liver disease) and they say i now owe over 2000$ (which makes zero sense) and made threats. Im a 19 year old student being threatened to get properties taken from me and was told they’d mess with my credit score so i can never buy a house in the future, this is ridiculous and unprofessional. They’re rude and disrespectful, and will harass you. Do better.
