We were 150 km from home with an issue under our car that needed attention. It was during installation of winter tire season - the garage was full and busy. The owner came out into his parking lot, crawled under our car and fixed the problem without charge for a client he was likely never to see again. So that is what I call service. Thanks for your help

I won’t go to any other garage except Williams Garage in Brownsburg! I have been going for nearly three years since I moved to Lachute and have always felt so helped and supported by Mark Williams (the owner).
It is very difficult to find a garage and mechanics that you trust, but I am extremely grateful to have found this one.

I was in trouble with my trailer right next to this garage. He didn't have what I needed in stock but offered me a ride to another store he knew to find what I needed. Thanks to his help I was able to get back on the road quickly. It was more than just service, his help was truly appreciated!

Very amazing customer service!!! We travelled all the way from Dryden, Ontario … and we had a message on the dash showing “service power steering”… not only did he come to check out the truck at our house for us, but he squeezed us into his already busy schedule so we’re able to head back on our long road trip before we move to Brownsburg permanently.
Fast, friendly, and great overall experience, definitely recommend!!!
