Very few choices of big MTG cards and the ones they have are far from being NM despite what they want you to believe..
I arrived with cards for an exchange, the guy at the cash register only took 2 out of 3 saying that the 3rd was "damaged" but yet the other 2 cards came from the SAME pack and they were all put in sleeves at the same time. He dares to proclaim himself after my dissatisfaction the best card grader in all of greater Montreal and yet he finds defeat for not keeping his exchange commitment by saying that your products are damaged coming from a card taken out of a pack 48 hours earlier... Too bad

I went to the store today with friends. When we asked a member of staff a question, the lady with green hair almost shouted at us while answering the question (she will recognize herself :)) The store is very beautiful but this experience doesn't make me want to go there anymore. go back there.

A green haired girl refused to take my pokemon cards in for trade stating she was "uncomfortable" with the cards and says to come back on another day. She didn't say anything else. That's not a problem in itself, but when I asked if there was any particular reason (do they look fake? Are they damaged? Are you just inexperienced and don't wanna get yelled at later? Anything to explain her choice of words) she got hostile, turned on the automated custom pronoun gaslighting defense mechanism and started escalating the interaction to make it sound as though I was being pushy and forcing her to give me money. She was immediately on a " I said come back tomorrow anything other than ok bye is harrassment" vibe. I asked if she could perhaps do 20$ on roughly 65$ worth of cards and she looked like she was about to cry and call the cops if I dared to press any further. So I left after getting hit with this neurodivergent they/them special combo. Straight up hit myself in my confusion when I got to the car. Note to self avoid this shop on tuesdays from now on. I never leave reviews anywhere but this was by far the cringiest and most awkward customer service interaction I've had in the last decade

price a little expensive, good place for the psa with jc. The last time we went to the exchange with my son, no packs of promised cards were given to us. staff and owner become cold when they disagree or opinions are different, when the 2023/24 upper deck series 2 was released the prices of tin $180 and blaters $60, I went to get my pre-order and left immediately too expensive. I bought 2 tins from this series at Toys Rus for $120/each tax included, so he had a big $60 more in the collect edition
