I was received by an extremely understandable lady...who was able to respond to my needs in a courteous manner and demonstrated great patience. She accompanied me throughout the process, frankly I haven't known better...if we could add stars...I wouldn't be at all embarrassed to say that it was perfect and very affordable for the allocated space and as a bonus I had a free month of rental applicable from the first month..
