“I arrived at BestBuy yesterday, Monday, June 30th, at 5:58 pm, just two minutes before closing time at 6 pm. The cash registers were already closed, and initially, I was told that new purchases couldn't be processed. However, when I explained that I had traveled all the way from Gatineau specifically for this purchase, two amazing employees, Ilyas and Sammy, quickly understood my situation. They went above and beyond by using the one remaining active POS so I could purchase the product I needed. Ilyas and Sammy were absolute angels, and their exceptional customer service truly made my day. Thank you both for your kindness and understanding!”

“Excellent customer service post-purchase via their online store. I bought a fairly pricey fountain pen and was unhappy with the nib size in the end. They allowed me to ship it back to them, swapped the medium for a fine nib, an even had it looked at by their nibmeister to make sure it wrote well. I just got it back today via Canada Post and I couldn't be happier.
Also, it needs to be said: they have MASSIVE inventory and almost always have what I'm looking for in stock. Have placed multiple ordered already, and will be back to shop again!”

“Been there a couple times. Sellers are friendly. Couldnt pass POST on my custom, went there to get it fixed. Took 4 days (week-end) and everythings good now. I also requested my cpu to be changed since it wasnt the one I ordered and they changed it. I would recommend going there for your computer needs.”

She explained to me very well the multiple choices in the printers very clearly, also the price of the new ECO cartridges unlike the Laser, so the virus cartridges the price is something to think about. I stopped on the Brother MFC-J4335DW Multifunction at an incredible $180, the 3000 and 1500 copy cartridges for $45 so why the laser with cartridges at $100 and for more and has 21 PPM ?”
