Pharmaprix provides excellent, professional, and empathetic service. The pharmacy team is consistently accommodating, attentive, and super patient, offering great and convenient service. They are always reachable by phone for orders and provide urgent advice with impressive courtesy. Employees are super accommodating and take the time to verify prescriptions and explain medications. They are quick to obtain special items. The service is highly recommended, with some customers noting it can require patience. A suggested improvement is the addition of a blood test service.
Pharmacy counter used to be great but now ridiculously slow... over an hour wait on the phone, half an hour in person, and prescriptions often not ready even the next day. Not sure what has been going on this past year but there is much to improve on.

I called 5 minutes before closing for urgent advice. We weren't even customers of the pharmacy and the pharmacist Fatima took all the time to give good advice and explain to us the medications to take, she was super patient, super professional. thank you so much
