very bad experience, now I am waiting for 30min. There are 3 counters open, and 1 client, other 2 counters have no clients, the employees are just talking. I would rather give 0 star. The branch manager with 2 young girl employees are really doing nothing, this branch should be closed, and I will quite RBC .

The worst service! Extremely slow!
Unbelievable waiting time. If You need anything, you should go another brunch.

very slow service, almost a full hour to withdraw money from my account that I requested a week in advance. Some of the workers are very incompetent!!!
