Buying a 2021 SeltosEverything went well until delivery...The vehicle was delivered to us with keys that did not work!!! She was supposed to have arrived after 1 month, I called after 1 1/2 months... Answer; we don't order a key when we don't know the problem ?, 1 1/2 months to wait and have to travel for an expertise twice, because first time not the part in hand, but no remorse for their error... and none return call from Germain (sir, it's to be polite) short story, we were never informed that the startup and kinet system only lasted 3 years (yet they all told us that it was included in our extended warranty at a high price (2750$ plus taxes) we called back to finally be entitled to this service which we did not get at all because the key ? did not work, we are offered a 2024!!!? Very interesting!!! Which we know said IF WE HAD FINALLY HAD a return call on 3 requests to the manager and one to a great salesman Maxime (Who is surely doing as best he can with this mediocre service)And I announce to you that we exchanged our 2021 SeltosSX for a 2024!!!Purchased from KIA TROIS RIVIÈRES with Michael Morin who offered us more service in 3-4 days of calling than CAPSante in 7 months….Seltos ExPremium 2024 ❤️ great vehicle with great service in Trois Rivières!!!!And I’ll spare you the rest…. At Kia Cap Santé from whom I am still waiting for a return call and compensation for their incompetence.THANKS

I find the staff not very polite and above all often haughty and in bad moods. Very poorly clean place. Cars often arrive unclean or supposedly we are going to have our car this day and that doesn't happen if I were you I would go elsewhere for your next vehicle since 2023 a lot of things have changed!!! Wholesale price $$$$$$$ and what can I say about the sales team 0 and a bar!!! Mr Germain and a Véronique and another young person who seemed busier with his phone than leaving my file at the sales department who offered me quite poor service I think he hadn't had their coffee this day

I had a reduction gear (transmission) problem with my 5000 km electric Niro. Since I had purchased the vehicle from another dealership (I was in another region at the time), I was clearly dismissed saying "that my vehicle should not even be repaired". These are the words of the director of the service. As a KIA customer, we feel anything but important to this dealership.

Good service thank you Eric (notice of November 3, 2023 that I was asked to do before even getting into the vehicle) after the purchase I had problems with the winter tires that they provided to me . I never got a return call from Eric, no response to my messages. After a week in the garage, they gave me the vehicle again with the same problem. It took them 8 days to tell me that my rims had a problem. The vehicle cost $55,000.
