Don't go there with the idea of being served well, more so if you're not ready to buy! I went there to compare the size of certain vehicles, without intending to buy.I was hesitating between a CX-30 or C-5 format at Mazda, considering that I want children soon. The saleswoman answers me, what are you going to do with a CX-30 if you have 3 at the same time? She even repeated it 4-5 times as if it was common to have triplets lol.She persisted with me several times about the models and equipment of the cars, only to realize in the end that she was wrong (she persisted with rigor and a little arrogance). I arrived with the information necessary to differentiate the vehicles, I needed to see the formats and try them.With that, I am told that I cannot test drive more than 2 vehicles. ? In the end, after trying a 2022 Tucson (which would have cost me the same price as a new one according to their calculations), I was refused to try the CX-5, telling me that I didn't seem ready to buy live (which I made clear at the beginning). I understood that she didn't want to waste her time, I worked in sales for 10 years. The problem is that she answers me: there's no point trying the CX-5, it's the same drive as the Tucson, and in any case it's much too small for your future needs... imagine you have 3 at the same time ???♂️.In short, lack of transparency, no real desire to advise you, limited knowledge of their own products and all this served with arrogance, no thank you! Go buy a tank from the dealer where you can find someone who listens to your needs and knows their stuff! ? hoping to have saved you some time and a little frustration!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Karim Boukari at H Gregoire to explore options for a car. Do not make payment with credit card. In the event of a refund, he requests a refund with a photo of your credit card by email. Illegal practice and my bank warns me not to do it. Please be vigilant especially as it encourages identity theft.

No service. No customer service. To really avoid. I showed up to buy. I was told that we only release vehicles for testing when we are sure of selling. Wow. Well they lost some.

Worst car buying experience. Purchased in August for $14,000. After 3 months, changing the brakes and surprise after inspection elsewhere, $6,000 worth of parts to change was announced.We go back with the estimated invoices, after threats of formal notice he fixes my daughter's vehicle. She leaves for a 1:30 hour drive home and before she even arrives, new noises are heard. We leave a Canadian tire for new inspection and there where a shock absorber changed 3 weeks ago by HGregoire Carignan after the threat of filing a complaint for having sold an unsafe vehicle…..(vehicle purchased the) new part was changed…. $1000 more!!!!Never again Hgregoire. Not to mention the arrogance and condescension of their staff, from the reception to the two sales directors Sofian, Victor and the manager Grace….Worst vehicle purchasing experience!!!HGREGOIRE. NEVER AGAIN

We purchased a vehicle from this location December 16th. They forgot to give us the required registration documentation. We didn't realize until we were at the Service Ontario trying to register the vehicle (which we had to wait to do). They then emailed a copy to us, which we took to Service Ontario, and which was not valid (again, we had to wait for that). It is now December 29th and we still do not have the proper required document. I understand the vehicle was purchased in Quebec and we live in Ontario, but we are not the only ones doing this. I have tried calling *many* times. Getting through to a live person who is actually helpful is very difficult. The call center switchboard operator hung up on us repeatedly while 'transferring' us to a different department. It is their error, but I can't register the vehicle without this document and it has been a very frustrating experience trying to get it (and I still don't have it). Now they are saying it may be the end of next week before I receive it. I would recommend you find somewhere to buy a vehicle that inspires more confidence (it's their job every day - how did they forget the registration document? how did they then send us back with an emailed version which is not valid? and how do they have no way to fix this mistake?). I would love to speak to the owner/operator of this location to review what happened here. The current 'system' they have in place - to send the registration document first to the St. Eustache location and have them send it out - is a huge waste of time. This whole experience has been very irritating.

I recommend Cloe, a super good, transparent saleswoman who listens to your needs. I was lucky enough to be able to test a vehicle in less than 30 m ?.
