TERRIBLE!!!! 🤮
We booked several days before the move. The day before at 4 p.m. we received a cancellation text without reasons. Unless we can pick up the truck more than 3 hours away from the reservation location. After calling the company through 3 customer service centers, no response, only <we are sorry>
Last year they did the same thing to me.
Never again!

Move the truck pick-up time 12 hours before and do not want to make any compromises. Worst experience

Do not do business with them! I had reserved a 16 foot moving truck 2 months in advance (for 8 a.m.). The day before my move (in the evening), I receive a call telling me that my truck will be available at 3 p.m.…When I called customer service, a man started raising his voice and being aggressive. He told me that I didn't know how to read a contract, because according to him, it says that they have the right to change our reservation date.I carefully reread the contract a third time and I never saw this.So I canceled the reservation, in order to find another 16-foot truck the evening before my move.Finally, I received an email a few months later to inform me that I had been the victim of data theft...

Very bad... !!! Arrogant and wild, aggressive owner, lousy reception service and it's rubbish...!. Important advice: never rent a truck or other things from operators (Franchisees) who used the U-haul banner so as not to be scammed. I'm already a victim of them..

I was called barely 24 hours before I took delivery of the truck that it was no longer available. Last week I was already contacted to change the pick-up location because there was no longer any available at the chosen location. And then they call me back to tell me that we have to find another place!POOR SERVICE! Don't do business with uhaul

When I called customer service, a man started raising his voice and being aggressive. He told me that I didn't know how to read a contract, because according to him, it says that they have the right to change our reservation date.
I carefully reread the contract a third time and I never saw this.
So I canceled the reservation, in order to find another 16-foot truck the evening before my move.
Finally, I received an email a few months later to inform me that I had been the victim of data theft...

Beware! This company has no issue cancelling merely hours before pick up time. I had reserved a 20Ft truck on 1 June 2021 for a pick up time of 19-20 June 09 AM. Uhaul paied themselves, then cancelled my reservation at 16:45 Hr on the 18 of june!!! The day before my move!! And they called me minutes before closing time so that I had no way to find any other resources!!! I will never deal with this company again!
