“This hotel is a gem! The location is just amazing - you will get the best sunset and the ocean view right from your window and will enjoy the sound of the waves in the morning! The room was sweet, clean and cozy. The lighting was just right, warm and enough - and all that you can need was there as well.
We were pleased to see Nespresso machine in the room - great catch - as for people like me that don't drink a regular coffee from a jar, and even a decaffeinated coffee cup was there! ☕ Our Special Thank you for that!?
Also, the shower was recently renovated (maybe just a couple of years ago) with a comphortable hand / head shower - European style shower that is a great decision as well. The lighting and vent in the bathroom were good, along with a white crispy bathrobs in the closet, nice smelling and clean room, small fridge, iron, safe, fan and a wine glasses - trust me, it's so essential - just to make all those little tiny things that creat your unforgettable experience and makes your time staying here - just comfy, cozy and amazing, feels like home. The service was good. The main public area, the elevator (to get to the 3rd floor where we were staying) - it's was nice and clean, smells good. They also have a cozy conference room and the gym. Great choice as well! From the design prospective - the hotel looks as a good, warm and welcoming hotel 4**** as we used to see travelling in Europe before. Thanks for this reminder experience as well! However you can hear the highway (our window was with sunset ocean view), it was not so noisy. And you can close the windows (it's a double windows, btw) any time, to make your room quite and cozy (of course you can adjust the air temperature in the room). The only thing I would like to suggest (but I suppose it was just a rare thing in this place, so I'll correct my post deleting this text below - but just to let the manager know) - as the most essential part of any journey is... yes, breakfast! We as a small family (the other visitors could agree with me!) we were travelling to this amazing area for a mountain hiking with a long and picturesque trails - please note what it's also extremely important -the first thing in the morning - perfect breatfasts! It's a huge addition that helps a lot to make a decision to come back here again. On the second day of our staying the breakfast was just that perfect: tasty and hot(!) food, not a lot of types but enough - the range on your choice: hot omelette and hot sausages, warm pancakes, good plain yogurt, pickled fruits in the glass jars, toasts to make with peanut butter or berry jams, oatmeal and cereal with additional nuts and dryed berries on your choice, orange juice, tea in the bags, regular coffee in the jar (again, huge thanks for our personal Nespresso machine in the room!) and... the ocean view in the window, of course! So yes, the breakfast was good that last day of our visit! However the first morning we were staying here, and unfortunately didn't get the hot part of the breakfast - was a rare occasion. Again, we needed a hot breakfast so much that day - where after we spent hiking nearby in the mountains. So, missing hot and protein filled part of the breakfast - that wasn't served that morning was a bit disappointing... But again, I believe it's was a rare thing for this wonderful place! (Just FYI, no Tim Horton's to find in this area - that's why the hotel breakfast was so essential and important!)
Anyway, hope this long, detailed but true life experience review could help to decide for the future visitors and guests to come here - and makes their time here just unforgettable.
