I have been doing business with this company for over 4 years. I have never had a problem with after-sales service. I had to buy a 24" fridge for my sister and we gave them our fridge which worked really well in exchange. Marcel the salesman sold me a fridge which didn't work well at all plus it was old at least 35 years old. Marcel very poor after-sales service, he is not honest, also very arrogant and does not give us the chance to explain himself. You have lost us as customers and rest assured that I will never recommend your company again. Company and Marcel the seller does not deserve any stars

Great service A to Z. Quick at responding to chat through google, got appointment same day. Alexandre showed up on time as scheduled, diagnosed my dryer issue and repaired it efficiently and professionally. Not only that, came back for a follow up fix due at no cost. Prices were super reasonable. Amazing experience overall and would definitely recommend and use again!

Absolutely incredible service. We purchased a trio of kitchen appliances last December, and we got an excellent price for almost new appliances. They delivered to me on January 2 even though they were closed that day.Lots of attention in their service, they pay attention to details.
