In the automotive department the clerk was very arrogant and unpleasant.I went there for a windshield wiper bought on December 8, 2023 from Levis who was trying badly. It was like it wasn't sticking enough to the window.....The clerk refused to replace it for me, saying: "Who tells me that it's not you who damaged it by scraping the ice from your windshield". Even though I described to him the precautions I always take to deglaze it, he repeated the same thing to me in the same arrogant tone. That he refuses to change it is one thing, but his attitude to saying so was very unpleasant and deplorable.

I had to persist a little with the manager for the return of merchandise sold in a box that was not one.... I agreed to buy the product if it was not damaged under the damaged box . There was no problem at the time of delivery, but the speech was no longer the same when returning, the same day... do not sell with your broken boxes.. my advice.

Didn't want to refund me for a $250 purchase the same day item never used. Probably goes against consumer protection law. Sold the item at a loss on marketplace. The manager raised his voice when I explained the situation to him and spoke to me as if I was in bad faith. Lost a customer and I will actively spread the word to never go to this place.

I do not recommend going to have your tires installed on mags that you want to keep in good condition. They have scratches in several places and the service follow-up is poor.

Horrible experience, horrible service. They are very slow . Nobody knows how to work. We waited two hours at the cash because of their repeated mistakes. after they told me to re-wait the line of return, which takes forever because to correct their mistakes and after all of this they couldn’t correct it????

Worst Canadian tire i never been in !They do NOT respect the Price Labelling and Accuracy ! I did go there for buying a punching bag , 2 was hanging on the rack , and the ONLY price tag was 139 $ the rack .An employee said to me that they are the ones in special at 139 $ . So i get it in the cart and go to the cashier to pay . The cashier said to me that this punching bag is 200 $ and not in special at 139 $ ..The law is : the Price Accuracy PolicyStores with prices on the shelvesMerchants that are exempt from the individual price tagging rule must indicate prices on the shelves, use an optical scanner and post the Price Accuracy Policy.They are required to apply the Price Accuracy Policy.So the manager did NOT let me the punching bag at 139 $ like the law said .I made a complain to Office de la protection du consommateur and to the canadian tire head office !They are a bunch of crooks !Do NOT go there !!!!
