I have been looking for an impact socket.
When we returned, 2 clerks were at the computers and another was going back and forth at the counter.
I see the sockets in the store, I start looking for the one I need. After 4-5 minutes, I realize that there is none on the wall so I stand in front of a clerk to ask if he has any behind it. I waited 1 minute in front of the clerk who never looked up to answer me. I turned around and left.
No service for a good 5 minutes.
2nd store I have been to, (not a CarQuest) upon entering the store: Hello sir! How can I help you?
So, missing service or clerk who doesn't care about customers.
