A good grocery store but landlocked in a shopping center, parking is sometimes complicated and the interior is difficult to navigate and not like other grocery stores in Chambly. It's still very clean, the staff is polite and the products are fresh. I do not disapprove of the establishment or the banner in any way.

I've noticed for a few weeks that some new cashiers don't put the items in our bag. Is this a gap in the training we give them? I thought that Metro was a little higher brand than Maxi or Super C. If nothing distinguishes Metro from these cheap grocery stores, I know what I have to do.
Modification August 16, 2023: addition of automated checkouts, you now have to do everything yourself. What a great customer experience!
Modification November 10: high traffic on this Sunday afternoon. Half of the self-service checkouts are however closed.

Sunday evening August 4, 2024, it is 7:30 p.m., the self-service checkouts close. I am directed to a checkout with “service”. At my request, the cashier refuses to package my purchases. She tells me that she is not a packer and that the latter is busy in the store. Three other employees are near the self-service checkouts and they are talking. Very, very disappointed with the checkout service.
