Owner is rude and lacks common sense. Don’t go there for the car wash, it’s old and doesn’t work properly

The owner wants to charge me for a 2nd wash
Because at the first wash my truck is still dirty and its car wash leaves oil deposits
In addition the owner is not courteous

Could you please change your opening hours because after a 20 minute walk I arrived in front of a padlocked door at 10:20 p.m. If the opening hours would have been correct I would not have taken this direction.
