Benjamin in the printing department is a horrible supervisor. Refused to help accommodate when I wanted to print out a photo for a shirt when just a day before someone else did it no problem. He said “I don’t want to do it even if you buy our paper now but you can pay more online to do it.” What a joke.

The worst Bureau en gros of my life is in Chateaugay!!! The employees are even more rude than if you ask for alms. A long line does not encourage the supervisor to put more staff on the prints. This with strangely lousy customer service. Real rubbish! Close your branch.
A branch that has been around for days with specialized printers broken down.
I would have given it 0/5 if possible.

To send a fax, no one will help you because the ordinary fax has been replaced by a photocopier which has a built-in fax and naturally no one will help you, but now they sell internet TV service etc.etc. I wouldn't think of taking internet service from you, you have such good service
