Stop here twice a week early on my way in to get gas. This morning I paid at the pump and waited until it gets turned on as I usually do, but no one turned it on. Another customer showed up and had the same issue, I began to ring the door bell several times to no answer. It had now been 11 minutes we had been waiting as I continued to lean on the buzzer non stop, I could see the clerk in the fridge in the back, super frustrating. Finally he emerged WITH EARBUDS IN!!! He couldn’t hear a thing, I explained that wearing earbuds was probably not a good idea but I don’t think he even understood me. He offered no apology and looked annoyed that I was upset, I had to pre pay again and finally get my gas. I have been frequenting this location for over 20 years, the clerks have all been decent in that time, this guy is not a good representative for your brand and I will not be returning after this, there were several customers who were put out this morning and made late because of an irresponsible employee, not a good look Couche Tard.

Clean and pleasant convenience store. The employee who greeted me, Fred, was amazing and kind, his service is impeccable. By far my best experience in a late night (ps it is very beautiful)

I went to this convenience store on Friday February 28, I was late for an appointment and I left quickly after my purchases. more than 45 minutes later I realized that I had left my debit card on the convenience store counter. I went back and asked the young attendant if she had seen my card. She recognized me and handed over my card, which she noticed well after I left. Today it is easy to spend quickly without a code (smart card). The ethical and integrity side of a person cannot be bought. I believe it does or not, bets on a person's values.I thank Kayla, the attendant who demonstrated integrity.Today I know we have the right to expect that from everyone, but I wanted to point it out..J.L.
