Saturday August 17 around 3:30 p.m. I went to buy a new phone. I already had an agreement with Fido so I went to the dealership to see the Fido and Rogers offers. When returning, no hello from the two attendants. No customers except us and after 8 minutes of waiting because the two attendants had their noses in their cell phones, we left. Luckily I got a good offer elsewhere.

Excellent friendly service. The manager and employees are really helpful and give great advice for all your needs. I would definately recommend going to the Anjou location in Chateauguay. If I could I would give 10 stars

I went in the store two weeks ago to see their package deals as I was with Telus before. Not only the prices were much better, Vishal was able to switch my phone and husband's phone within an hour. Excellent quick service and everything was clearly explained to me so I don't get any surprises when seeing my fist bill. I am very pleased with the quick service and will always see him when making cell phones decisions for me and my family.

Today I had a pleasant surprise at the ROGERS STORE in the Centre Châteauguay mall. Vishal and his wife are ready to help and guide FIDO clients with their questions and concerns. In person assistance is so rare these days, that I was pleased to know I could speak to someone, ask questions and get an explanation of how the phone services and phone repair or replacement works. I will recommend this location to FIDO clients who live in and around Châteauguay and need in person assistance!!
