across the street J P garage is less expensive & customer service is 10 times better I highly recommend them

Do not go near this place. Muffler had broken in one place that I knew of making some noise. After raising on lift showed me another break and a problem at catalytic converter joint. Admit rusty in both places but when I left noise very much louder than when I entered. Said they didnt touch anything but drastic change didnt happen by magic.

Service speedy not so speedy… arrived at 1:45 p.m., 40 minutes later, still 2 cars ahead. Lack of staff for cleaning cars. Slow-moving employees, in no hurry for their customers.

The woman I met who was smoking a cigarette on her break outside the front door was friendly enough. Just to put into context the point I'm about to make, it's Thursday today and I was told I couldn't have an appointment till next Tuesday and this oil change spot is called speedy? In Ontario this basic service usually takes about 15 minutes when you drive through oil change centers that are marked fast, meanwhile here in the province of Quebec most places when they say fast oil change are going to ask you to make an appointment and come back literally 5 days later?
This is honestly laughable and to have a location this size unable to service people who want to walk in off the street and literally get an oil change which only takes what 15 minutes? I don't understand how these places can be in business? 🤣😭😂

Pas moyen d'avoir un rendez-vous rapidement. J'ai envoyer un email pour une demande de rendez-vous vendredi. Puisqu'ils semble ne prendre rendez-vous que par email selon leur site, il ne donne pas de numéro de téléphone. Et j'ai toujours pas de nouvelle le mercredi. J'ai réussi à avoir un rendez-vous le vendredi même avec un autre garage.
