Super C is a local grocery store known for offering fresh, in-stock products at low prices. It provides a variety of items, including fruits, vegetables, meats, and international products like Mexican and Asian foods, catering to the diverse community in Châteauguay. Customers appreciate that the store offers affordable prices, especially for those living on a fixed income, and often find good deals on fruits and vegetables. However, some reviews mention that the produce section can sometimes be lacking, with occasional dirty floors and produce that is already bad or smelly, which could affect the overall shopping experience. The store has a friendly atmosphere with staff that have built good relationships over the years, although some mention that new cashiers may work slower than previous staff. There are concerns about understaffing, especially during busy times, leading to longer lines and a reliance on self-service checkouts. The policy of limiting cashier service to customers with eight items or less is confusing to some, and there is a suggestion that cashiers could better manage lines by opening more registers when needed. While prices are generally lower than other stores, some customers have noticed an increase in delivery prices, making delivery less attractive. The store's cleanliness is improving but still a concern for some, and additional gluten-free products could further enhance the shopping experience. Overall, Super C is appreciated for its affordability and variety but could benefit from better store management and cleaner facilities.
Great grocery store! Good prices and atmosphere with good employees. Nothing much to say here other than to say it's decently recommend!

I went around 9:30 p.m. There was only a few patrons. This is not the grocery store I usually go to so I had difficulties finding quickly my items. Unfortunately like at every Super C a lot of the products on sale were missing. The cashier was pleasant, the price was fair

Always long lines. Not very clean. Deals are getting worse and worse.
