“Been here only once but when I called and the once is enough for a 5 star review. I was having a major problem with a new device from another store not too far from them ahem. And they were terrible in helping me figure it out. Did I figure it out yet? I'm not sure but coming to this store I met Matt and he really helped me the best he could and found a problem and recommended me to try something for a solution and honestly that was enough for me to give a great review! I just needed advice and help and he provided that and I hoping my problem solves but I'm sure it will with his help. Awesome customer service! Couldn't be happier to find someone knowledgeable and happy to help you the best they can. Thank you!”

New experience

Yesterday i went there and bought 3 stlith vapes
One of them was not working then i go back
And i asked him to replace. He said this is not our policy but for you we can replace
Thanks crazy horse for your wonderful experience.
Now i will buy vapes from here, and I even changed rating from 3 to 5
But owner on this review replied me to give in house discount but they didn't give me that discount.”
