Incredible service by Filip - dont think I could have asked for better. Helped me choose an affordable and practical pair of ski boots to replace my old... Patiently custom fit them - and serviced my skis while I waited.A remarkable number of satisifed customers came and went from this small store while I was there - another indication that I'm not the only one to get this kind of service.Thanks guys - great job!Don't pass by this gem on the way to the hills in Gatineau, just off the 5 and worth the small detour...

Phil and Tim provided my ski binding install and boot molding/adjustments at a very reasonable price and at a faster turnaround than any other shop in the ottawa area! All the other customers looked like they left with similarity good experiences while I was there. Would recommend!

Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable staff! Went in for a quick bindings purchase and mount, and was thoroughly impressed by Tim's (I think) knowledge of alpine skis. He had some great insight on ski tech! Highly recommend ?

Nice little small shop that has everything you need. Merci à Eric pour le super service en ce samedi matin tôt!!Adding to my review!Spent most of my Friday afternoon at the store, shopping then getting a fully customized and molded pair of new ski boots. Tim is just the most welcoming guy around, and Phil is the artist...ensuring the custom fitting is perfect. Guys, thank you, had a blast. Looking forward to hit the slopes!

Shout out to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Kunstadt. I brought in a used bike, and they took a look and serviced it quickly for a tune up- I think they could tell how excited I was because I was even able to pick it up the same day! They were extremely knowledge and put aside what I had asked for, and took the time to explain and help me pick out product. I had a great experience getting my bike serviced and shopping, I look forward to coming back! Thanks for everything!

Stop to try some backcountry ski boots. I was served by Eric B. He seems knowledgeable. I tried 2 x pairs of boots (In approx 15min) and I didn't like the fit. As I was about to leave, he informed me that I had to pay 15$ for a "boot fit" . Toĺd him I was not comfortable and I don't think I should pay for this and he insisted. This is a total SCAM. No other shop is doing this in the region. I am telling all my friend and family to AVOID this place at all cost!!!!
